duday reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to have been created by individuals under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one registered account on duday. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login information with any third party. duday will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, you must notify duday immediately via the support contact provided within your account area.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using duday, you agree to the following:
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- You will not attempt to access areas of the platform that you are not authorized to use.
- You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
- You will not engage in any activity intended to defraud duday or other users, including but not limited to collusion, bonus abuse, or exploitation of errors.

- You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes are determined by chance and that no system or method guarantees a specific result.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and further legal action where applicable.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on duday are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through verified payment partners that support local Philippine payment channels, including bank transfers and e-wallet services.
You agree that:
- All funds deposited must be from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment guidelines.
- duday reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
duday is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors, banking systems, or technical failures outside its control.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, duday, its affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to technical issues, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.

- Third-party content or services accessed via the platform.
All content on duday, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, and software, is the intellectual property of duday or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without prior written authorization.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
duday reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Conduct deemed harmful to other users or the platform.
If your account is closed, any remaining balance may be returned subject to verification requirements. duday will not be obligated to return funds associated with bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
